Job Description:

We are currently looking for an individual to join our Carrier Sales team as a Track and Trace agent. A Track and Trace agent is responsible for maintaining contact with our carriers in order to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all loads that are currently on our board. In addition to maintaining contact with the carrier to ensure loads are being transported and on time, the Track and Trace agent is also responsible for regular updates regarding the load from the time the carrier is on his way to pick-up to the point when the load has successfully been dropped off.

Primary Duties

• Maintain proper updated on the dispatch status of every TJC load
• Communicate with Carrier Sales teams
• Communicate any falloffs or breakdowns immediately to Carrier sales team
• Recovering a load after hours
• Make sure Macropoint invite is accepted
• Make sure every load has been updated and communicate any necessary information to overnight tracking team before ending your day

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience with PCS/DAT software preferred
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• Reliability and punctual work ethic
• Logistics experience preferred

Compensation: The starting pay-rate for this role is $15-$17 depending on experience
