Spa Manager Needed - Englewood, CO

The Spa Manager plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the spa and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The Spa Manager is responsible for managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the dermatology industry.

Responsibilities:

Staff Management

  1. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled professionals including estheticians, nurses, and support staff.
  2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff productivity and satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all services.

Client Experience

  1. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring all clients receive personalized attention and care.
  2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  3. Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Operational Oversight

  1. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards governing the operation of a medical spa, including safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
  2. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  3. Collaborate with medical professionals and service providers to ensure the delivery of safe and effective treatments.

Financial Management

  1. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the achievement of financial targets.
  2. Monitor revenue and expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  3. Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling techniques.

Quality Assurance

  1. Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency and efficacy in service delivery.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adherence to established protocols.
  3. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve services and offerings.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent required.
  2. Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  3. Previous experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Must be detail oriented.
  2. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  3. Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
  4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing medical spas and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
  5. Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
  7. Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
  8. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public.
  9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
  10. Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Physical Demands

  1. Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment.
  2. Ability to efficiently operate all job related office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, fax, copier).
  3. Ability to communicate via telephone.
  4. Ability to sit and/or stand for large portions of a workday.

Pay: $23-27 // Hr.
