SAP HANA Test Lead you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. We are seeking a seasoned SAP Testing lead with 7+ years of experience and expertise in testing SAP solutions.
HOW A SAP HANA TEST LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Utilize your strong knowledge in QA processes, Testing activities (Both Agile & Waterfall), Leadership skill to manage team
- Work as leader within our high performing testing team.
- Work closely with technical and business audiences of all levels.
- Employ your strong experience in testing data and functional SAP processes during a migration, defining migration test strategy.
- Must be able to apply critical thinking to test edge cases and not just validate basic scenarios.
- Knowledge on Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing.
- Ability to define Test Plan Recommendation across multiple modules such as FI/CO, Asset Accounting(AM), Funds Management(BCS/FM), Budget Planning System (BPS) (Budget formulation and 3-year rolling forecast, BW/BOBJ (FI/CO, BCS/FM, MM, AM, IdM reports) SRM/PPS reporting, Tax/travel SAP functional, SAP HR/Payroll, SRM/PPS etc.
- Should have knowledge to provide estimate for QA and testing activities for new projects.
- Should have experience working with cross functional teams.
- Should have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, teamwork.
- Should have worked on End-to-End QA activities such as - Test Strategy/Test Plan, Detailed Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Management, Test Exit Report, Test Closure Activities, QA Metrics (e.g. Defect leakage to UAT/Prod, Testing Effectiveness etc.), performance testing, test automation.
- Strong leadership quality to successfully drive different testing across multiple projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Hands on experience in SAP/interfaces
- Hands on experience in using Test management tools
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP Testing lead.
- Relevant SAP certification(s) is a plus
- AWS cloud certification(s) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and various modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management skills for leading migration projects.
- Experience managing and leading technical teams.
Other Requirements: - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust MBI clearance.

The likely salary range for this position is $92,331 - $112,125. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
