Practice Manager Requirements:

3-5 years relevant experience in physician practice management or health care administration
Previous progressive and hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with excellent organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Strong computer software proficiency
Strong understanding of clinical workflow processes, resulting in current and future workflow enhancements and performance improvements to support physician practices
Ability to analyze reported data for metrics and develop or change processes to achieve desired goals
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Leadership skills and ability to appropriately delegate
Effective communication skills
Conflict resolution and customer service skills
Prioritization and time management
Maintains professional demeanor at all times
