Cogir Senior Living is hiring caring, compassionate, and empathetic Caregivers to join the team in our beautiful, assisted living community Cogir at the Quarry .

Our Care Partners (Caregivers) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan. If you are kind and genuinely desire to make meaningful connections with our residents, a Cogir community may be the place for you.

Currently, hiring for SWING shifts; Full & Part-time positions available, including On Call.

What will you do as a Care Partner?

• Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• MUST Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome!
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
